because you absolutely must know (after two months of nothing).
My back is killing me thanks to my new job, but I absolutely have to go online every night because I'm addicted and yada yada. And besides, I haven't updated here since the beginning of July. Wtf.

After exactly 3 months in Phoenix, I found a job at Olan Mills. Hired on the spot again. The studio is very small and needs some serious updates, but for now I'm just a sales rep. Yet the nice thing about it is that I can pretty much work whenever I want to, at least for now. I have higher pay because of my experience as well as commission, and really all I do is sell to people a cheap package up front. It's just making budget that I'll eventually have to worry about.

On Monday, I bought a new bike. My work is a mile and a half away, so why pay $3.50 everytime I take a bus there? The bike cost less than two months worth of passes. I purchased a lock as well but am a bit scared to lock it up in front of other places. Just sticking with it being a work bike for now.

In other news, my mom's officially retired, so she's been pining to my dad lately about going on a Disney cruise. Of course she misses me like crazy and would love for me to come with when they finally plan a date. They offered to pay for my passport and cruise stay as long as I came up with the flight costs, which will work as I just got approved to a credit card that gives a free roundtrip flight after first purchase! The big issue as of late is whether we're going to do December or February; it's up to my sister and if she will go with us.

A - ACCENT: Chicagoan. It's not heavy, like I don't pronounce "ca" as "caw", but it's there.

B - BREAST SIZE: 32C. Actually I was wearing a slightly less accurate bra size (34B) for a long time, haha. Thank you for correcting me, Victoria's Secret.

C - CHORE YOU HATE: Cleaning the bathroom (but Joe likes doing it, so it works out!).

D - DAD'S NAME: James.

E - ESSENTIAL MAKE-UP ITEM: Mascara. Don't wear it often, though.

H - HOMETOWN: Bloomingdale, IL USA

I - INSOMNIA: There's a lot more of it lately because I've moved and had to change my lifestyle quite a bit.

J - JOB TITLE: Sales Rep at Olan Mills

K - KIDS: None. I have 2 kittens that are enough of a handful at this point!

L - LIVING ARRANGEMENTS: Living with my boyfriend in an apartment he moved into a few months ago.

M - MOM'S BIRTHPLACE: Chicago, IL. South side.

N - NUMBER OF APPLES YOU'VE EATEN: Erm, I had one yesterday?

P - PHOBIA: Drowning.

Q - QUEST: Runescape!

R - RELIGIOUS AFFILIATION: A non-denominational Christian.

S - SIBLINGS: One younger sister, Lily.

T - TIME YOU WAKE UP: Greatly varies.

U - UNNATURAL HAIR COLORS YOU'VE WORN: Red, purple-red, various shades of brown, black, and blonde highlights

V - VEGETABLE YOU REFUSE TO EAT: I will NOT eat peppers.

W - WORST HABIT: I'm usually too focused on how other people feel and therefore sometimes forget to take care of myself.

X - X-RAYS YOU'VE HAD: Dental, head, chest (the latter two were from a car accident when I was about 10).

Y - YUMMY FOODS YOU MAKE: I'm not much of a cook, but Joe says I make great burgers, lol.

Z - ZANY QUIRK: I have to close up or connect all the lines I make in cursive writing.

I already congratulated you on the job on Twitter, but it's great to read a bit more about it on here. It sounds like a good job and it's great that you can work whenever you want and also get higher pay. That is just really awesome. I hope that you're also enjoying it so far :D It sounds like it's quite demanding too, given that you got a headache from it; hope you won't have that everyday.

Yay for buying a bike. It seems smart too that you bought a bike since your job is so close by. Then a bike is just so much cheaper than having to pay the bus. Plus biking is more fun, I think. I hope you think so too. Hope you manage to use it as a non-work bike soon too as it can be so convenient to travel around on a bike. But I can understand that you're scared of doing so. Over here bikes get stolen a lot, because well, we're very much a biking-nation so bikes are like cars. But I don't know how that is over there?

Oh that sounds like a lot of fun, a Disney cruise. I hope you guys figure out when you're going, but seriously, that sounds like so much fun!

DKNY Delicious is a great perfume, I love that one too! And lol well making great burgers is also a great thing ;) Do you like cooking though or not really?

Yeah, thanks again. It's really a simple job as long as you know how to sell, and apparently I'm rather good at it. I was going to be cross-trained into photography, but my manager thinks I should stick with just sales for now. Honestly, I'd have an even bigger pain in the neck if I worked in the studio during Christmas. ;)

The bike has seriously worn me out (I'm so out of shape haha)! But I can already tell it's doing wonders for me...especially for my arms as I have to carry it up a flight of stairs everyday when I get home! And yeah, bikes are stolen a lot over here, too, so that's why I'm afraid. It's warm all year long here so many people bike, and I've seen several of them left as just frames on bike racks because people stole all the removable parts!

Just talked to my mom about the cruise. She's hinting for December, but I don't know if we'll get the passports and everything ready by then. We'll see. :)

I'm not much of a cook, but that's because my parents aren't, either. I enjoy it when I have time though.
